Once you submit your FLEX project, we:

• Recruit, screen and coordinate volunteers
• Provide a Project Leader to help supervise the project
• Bring volunteers who are prepared, eager to learn and ready to go
• Allow you to let go of the recruitment process

If FLEX sounds right for your organization, Great! Now it's time to create your project.

Here are a few details to remember:

• Your project must be in Marin County
• Project hours: Weeknights after 4pm (2-3 hours), Weekends between 8am and 4pm (2-5 hours)
• Project must accomodate a minimum of 3 volunteers
• Project must be set up at least 4 weeks ahead of time to allow for outreach and planning
• Project must NOT require volunteers to attend a seperate and extensive agency orientation
