- Provide safe drinking water to 20 million people worldwide by 2015 and 200 million people by 2027.
- Keep world attention focused on the safe drinking water crisis.
OUR PHILANTHROPIC MODEL Blue Planet Run Foundation delivers 100% of the donations it receives from individual contributors to safe drinking water and sanitation projects around the world.
The Foundation’s operating and fund-raising costs are paid for by the generous support of corporate donors and foundation grants.
History:
Since 2004, the Blue Planet Run Foundation has funded 11 non-governmental organizations worldwide which have in turn implemented 214 sustainable water projects in 18 countries impacting thousands of lives.
