Description:
Our development professional search process is centered on the fact that we know so many nonprofit professionals in the Bay Area and are able to quickly get word out to potential candidates. Because of our Bay Area experience, we can also do a thorough job of evaluating candidates through references and knowledge of the organizations from which many candidates are coming.

History:
We were founded in 2000 by Pamela Cook. Pamela has more than 20 years experience with nonprofits. She managed The Clorox Company Foundation and worked in development positions with Stanford University, University of Virginia, California Academy of Sciences, and United Way. Pamela was president of the Golden Gate Chapter of the Association of Fundraising Professionals and was named as the Hank Rosso Outstanding Fundraising Professional at the 2003 National Philanthropy Day in San Francisco.
