Description:
Today, the Marin League is a vital part of the Marin Community hosting community fundraisers and charitable events. The Theatre Party at the Marin Theatre Company, "Free Music for Kids of All Ages"-youth concert at harbor pint Club, Holiday Gift Wrapping at Strawberry Village, Spring Bridge and Games Luncheon at San Francisco Yacht Club and Bay Dinner Cruise along with our Family Picnic in June and festive Holiday Party in December are some of the events enjoyed by our members.

The Marin League meets on the third Wednesday of each month from September to June at Harbor Point Club in Mill Valley. Membership is open and application is accepted by our Membership Chair- Tracy Rice. For more information-please call (415)216-3372 or email ppamela_b@yahoo.com.

History:
Founded in 1965, the Marin League of the San Francisco Symphony, based in southern and central Marin County, was originally named the San Francisco Symphony Foundation and is one of the founding leagues of the Volunteer Council. In the beginning, the Volunteer Council Leagues gave Teas for Music Teachers in local schools then developed the Radio Marathon on KKHI and Concerts for Kids.
