LIFT For Teens and Levántate!, our culturally appropriate bi-lingual version for the Hispanic community, helps to fight teen obesity and promote youth and family wellness in under-served communities throughout Marin and the Bay area. Our highly skilled mentors provide fitness and nutrition activities, lifeskills mentoring, the innovative use of technology, including a family component.

Description:
We are a Marin-based non-profit dedicated to making a positive difference in the lives of children suffering from the impact of being overweight, obese and unfit. We empower the children to make personal choices that lead to a life of health and vitality. Our advisors are some of the nation's leading experts on teen obesity.
