Donna Cohen is the principal of a small firm of five professionals working exclusively with the nonprofit sector in the S.F. Bay Area since 1991. The firm provides audit, review, compilation (monthly financial statement preparation), tax, accounting systems, and management advisory services tailored to meet the needs of the nonprofit community. Offering extensive experience, we are committed to performing high quality work at fees our clients can afford. Because we specialize in accounting for non-profit organizations, we keep abreast of the latest developments. History:
Prior to establishing the firm in 1991, Donna Cohen was Senior Vice President of a national nonprofit organization for six years, as well as spending four years in public accounting. As SVP, Donna was involved in management, marketing, strategic planning, and fundraising, as well as supervision of the accounting function.
