Image for Success is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing wardrobes to disenfranchised men, women, and children of Marin County who are making the transition to self-reliance. Our clients are referred to us by over 60 social service agencies and nonprofits in Marin County. We provide each individual with a complete two-week wardrobe, free of charge. In our Image for Success Kids we dress children, infants through middle school. We look for volunteers to assist in the women's, children's and men's boutiques as well as clothing donation intake.

Every day I received a welcome and appreciation for my time and efforts.

Finding a volunteer job was difficult in the middle of summer yet I was welcomed with big smiles when I applied to "Image For Success". Every one was very kind, gentle, and patient in training me to work in all aspects of this non-profit business. My heart was filled with joy on seeing those in need leave so happy with their (Free) 3weeks of clothing donations, which will help them appear their best on any interview or job. Volunteer experienced "Dressers" help women, men, and children to look their best with specially chosen attire and after volunteering here for several weeks, I began to find a more professional way of dressing with the help of my supervisor, who has an eye for fashion for all who enters the nonprofit retail area. I must also praise the staff on the very affordable prices in the retail shop. Working here has been a wonderful experience and I will always come back for purchasing and donating..........Jutta Meade

Outstanding agency with caring staff and volunteers.

IFS is blessed with caring volunteers who work tirelessly to provide impeccable professional attire for clients who are entering the workplace for the first time. Clients receive quality customer service not available in many high end boutiques. Their focus on becoming a green agency is also worth note.
