Lark Theater
To restore and operate the Lark Theater as a single screen state of the art film center to enhance the social, cultural and artistic life of Larkspur/Marin County with high quality independent film, international film, mainstream preview screenings, film festivals and multi cultural events.
Description:
We screen a variety of films seven days a week. We are also available for private rentals and work with other non profit organizations to assist in raising funds.
We are the only Green Certified theater in Marin County.
We are a great asset to Marin County for our unique programming and increasing the economic vitality of the historic downtown Larkspur. It is a fun place to work.
History:
The theater was restored in record time from January 2004 until it opened in July 2004. It is an historic American theater on the National Register of Historic Places.

Since I couldn't afford to buy and renovate the Lark Theater, the next best thing has been to volunteer as its marketing consultant. I enjoy having ideas and spreading the word to help expand our audiences.
