Kathleen Russell Consulting, or KRC, is a full-service strategic communications firm with clients in California, Alaska, Washington D.C. and beyond. We are first and foremost storytellers - helping a wide range of clients communicate effectively with a host of audiences, from political leaders and nonprofit organizations to the general public and media consumers of all stripes. KRC often works with the underdogs or those engaged in efforts akin to “moving mountains.”

Description:
Our team collectively brings over 40 years of experience in managing and executing public affairs initiatives, community outreach efforts, strategic initiatives, media campaigns, and conferences/events for non-profits, government agencies and Native and civil rights organizations at the international, national, state and local levels.

History:
KRC was founded by Kathleen Russell in May 2002. Before starting her own firm, Kathleen was one of the highest-producing Senior Project Managers at Seattle’s Pyramid Communications, where she brought in significant new business and managed many of the firm’s accounts with Native organizations and nonprofits working for racial, social, environmental and economic justice.
