Volunteer Opportunity Details:

Novato Human Needs Center is an emergency food pantry for the Marin Food Bank providing emergency food to those in need. We receive and distribute food to local Novato residents. We are looking for volunteers to help with food sorting each Tuesday from 9:30 to 11:30.

Knowledge and Skills Required:

• Can lift heavy food boxes – up to 25 lbs

• Can move items from truck to Community Room

• Available on Tuesday mornings

• Can assist in food sorting and packing

• Is a team player and has a positive attitude
