Volunteer Opportunity Details:

We seek volunteers who are technologically skilled in one of the following areas: Microsoft Excel and Word, Windows XP, and Internet (search functions, banking, tax preparation, communication tools, safety) and would be comfortable assisting teachers with class lessons and discussion. The class consists of no more than 15 adults striving to make everyday life more convenient, and more importantly, themselves more marketable within the job force.

Classes will be held at Pickleweed Community Center and Canal Alliance.

Volunteers should be comfortable with public speaking. Volunteers should be familiar with Spanish. It is ideal for you to be available for the same session each week. This position is perfect for individuals with information technology or finance and operations type backgrounds. We encourage students, professionals, or retired professionals to apply.
