Volunteer Opportunity Details:

Help grow and care for landscapes at historic Fort Baker to enhance the visitor experience and preserve this national historic site. Volunteers are needed to help with weed and debris removal, beach clean-ups, and pruning and raking of vegetation.

This is an on-going volunteer opportunity: 10 AM - Noon, every 1st Monday of the month.

No experience necessary. Training, tools, snacks, and beverages will be provided. Please wear clothes that can get dirty, long pants, close-toed shoes, layers for changing weather, rain gear (if necessary), a personal water bottle, and sunscreen.

Individuals and groups of all ages are welcome. With young volunteers, adult chaperones are encouraged. Fulfills community service requirements.
