Help protect sensitive natural habitat and connect individuals to the park. Trail volunteers play an important role in helping conduct, repair, and monitor trail conditions. Sites vary throughout the Golden Gate National Parks. Come out and lend a hand! This is an on-going volunteer opportunity. *Every 3rd Saturday, 9 am-Noon (April-October). Location: varies Marin, San Francisco, and San Mateo County. *Every 2nd Tuesday, 10 am-1 pm. Location: Presidio of San Francisco. GROUPS: Schedule a private program for groups of 5 or more. Group projects must be confirmed in advance.
No experience necessary: training and tools will be provided. Fulfills community service requirements. Please wear clothes that can get dirty, long pants, close-toed shoes, layers for changing weather, and rain gear if necessary. Also, bring a personal water bottle and sunscreen
