Do you enjoy watching the jumps and maneuvers that skate boarders perform these days? Have some time in the mornings or evenings? Volunteers needed to tend to the skate park and tennis courts at McInnis Park, checking for safety hazards, and making sure the facilities are clean and working properly. Other duties may include sweeping the paths, weeding landscaped areas, and picking up litter. The ideal volunteer is friendly with park visitors, and may need to remind skate park users to wear helmets. Will be responsible for reporting any issues to the Ranger staff. Volunteers needed mornings, 7-9 AM, and evenings, 6-8 PM. Training and orientation will be provided, including basic MERA radio training.  This opportunity is sponsored by: Civic Center Volunteers
