Be the first to welcome and assist visitors to San Rafael City Hall. Help with directions to various departments and offer other information to inquiring visitors. Maintain materials displayed in lobby and assist City staff with clerical duties when requested. This is a great opportunity to understand the workings of City Hall. A friendly, helpful and personable attitude is desirable. This is a casual, supportive atmosphere for someone who is interested in local civic operations. Being a concierge was very rewarding!

I enjoyed volunteering at City Hall. There was a variety to the tasks and it was not stressful. It's a good volunteer opportunity to be of help in a pleasant environment.
