"Thanks to the Foundation, we stayed at a hotel for a few days so we could visit our son while he was in Kentfield Hospital. It was such as stressful time and it really meant a lot to us." "It was such a help to have the Foundation pay for a tub bench for me when my insurance didn't cover it. I could go home and feel safe taking care of myself." Join this small, low key group of dedicated volunteers who help bring in monies and disperse the funds as needed to low income patients/families. Requests for funds related to such items as transportation, equipment, temporary housing, etc are reviewed and determined upon.
Volunteers are asked to attend 4-5 meetings a year and to serve on projects on occasion as needed. No special training is required. This opportunity is sponsored by: Kentfield Hospital Foundation
