We are seeking a Production Assistant to work with the Development Department in planning, preparing and executing a Fundraising Luncheon for 1200 attendees to be held on November 19th, 2009. If you love event planning, organizing and working on a team, this is the perfect opportunity to be an integral part of creating our exciting Annual Rainforest Luncheon and making sure it is a huge success!

Candidates should be detail-oriented, act as self-starters, work well independently, be adept at working with deadlines, work comfortably with Excel, Word, email and the Internet, and be at ease working with a team. This position is approximately part-time and starts September 12th through November 30th.
