Develop an all-encompassing fundraising plan and research potential target donors, including foundations, individuals, businesses, and federal and state grants, to help the Housing Trust provide low-interest loans to developers for multi-family, affordable rentals for lower income and special needs populations. Match the priorities of potential donors to the mission of the organization. Be in on the ground floor of this new, collaborative non-profit organization.
