Volunteer Opportunity Details:

Help spread the word about sustainable living and the work of Green Sangha to restore the earth through mindful practice and awakened action. Develop PSA’s on our talks and actions, build relationships with the media, and contribute ideas on public awareness campaigns.

Tasks include: write PSA’s, develop flyers, make submissions to community calendars, communicate with Green Sangha’s webmaster, and develop contacts with local media.

You will work closely with the Campaign Director, who will supply you with templates, contact lists, and lots of coaching, support, and feedback.

Estimated time: 1-4 hrs/wk.

Good writing skills needed, along with willingness to edit and be edited in the spirit of collegiality.
Ability to plan, schedule, and follow through -- essential, of course.
