Help people suffering with chronic illness learn the skills and tools to cope with their disease. Marin County Health & Human Services, Division of Aging, is seeking Facilitators for six-week sessions of the Chronic Disease Self-Management Program. The content is in the form of a well-designed, interactive, scripted program developed at Stanford University. Are you suffering from chronic illness yourself? We encourage you to apply. A medical or teaching background is not necessary, but is a plus. The program is educational, fun, and powerful. Training in San Rafael with workshops in Novato.
