Volunteer Opportunity Details:

GARDEN AREA PREPARATION: (from 2:15 - 5:15)

Create signs for lower garden entrance

Set up tent, umbrella & base, 5 FOL tables :

Assemble rented tables and chairs

Set up 4 tables across the path for food

Place bar table under tent

Put a separate table under umbrella for dessert to the left of steps

Put a small table for coffee next to dessert table

Place chairs outside fencing for early arrivals

Test audio equipment – CD player, CDs, amplifier, speakers

Lighting check: library building, walkway, down stairs, outside tent, inside tent, 2 flood lights

Get cushions from Creekside room

Assist in tear down from 8:30 - 9:30 pm (All the above in reverse!)
