Volunteer needed to work with older adults in the Information & Referral Office, commonly known the Resource Office. Responsibilities for this position include: Answering telephones, Respond to questions about Services in Marin County, Computer work-Outlook, Access, Word, Excel, Scheduling appointments and Assisting with special projects related to administrative operations, as needed. We are a primary resource for the older adult community to provide referral information on topics such as housing, home health care, and aging related issues. Training is provided. Experience with MS Office and Email is a must. Access Preferable but will train. The Info & Referral Office is open Mon-Fri. Requires a 3-4 hour shift once per week.
